How long is my access link valid?+

Permanently — as soon as you have redeemed your tour, you can reopen it at any time using the same link.

Does the app navigate me to the starting point?+

No. Navigation begins at your chosen starting point and guides you along the tour from there. You’ll need to plan your own route to the starting point.

In which languages ​​are the tours available?+

Our tours are generally available in DE, EN and PL. You can select your preferred language when purchasing the tour. Additional languages (IT, HU, NL, CZ, FR, SI and SL) are available upon request. After purchase, we normally provide the tour in your preferred language within four hours, or by 9:00 a.m. the following day at the latest.

Why doesn't my link work yet?+

For some bookings (e.g. with fixed travel dates via Viator/Tripadvisor), access is only activated from the booked date. The link itself is already valid now and shows you when it starts.

Can I start the tour multiple times?+

Yes, as often as you like — for example, if you need to interrupt and want to continue later.

Do I have to start at the starting point?+

No. The navigation detects your current location and guides you from there onto the route.
